My strengths are in UX Design, Service Design, User Research, and Design Management. I have a degree in Interactive System Design and thirty years of industry experience. I have ensured Londoners get to work, improved mortgage applications, and tamed tools. Companies I've worked for include Ticketmaster, Elsevier, BBC, Sky, John Lewis, HSBC, Met Life, Boots, Photobox, Fidelity, Ambassador Theatre Group and Transport for London. Industries include entertainment and ticketing (B2B and B2C), e-commerce, finance, and scientific research.

My strengths are in UX Design, Service Design, User Research, and Design Management. I have created and overseen successful projects improved the experience across multiple devices, and brought people together through design. Skills

I am a full spectrum 'UXer' with deep experience in research and delivery. I am an expert at Figma and design systems. I have run discovery phases, user research programmes, and company-wide workshops. I use radical collaboration and rapid prototyping. I have communicated internally and externally using design deliverables, including stakeholders in the team process. I balance strategic and tactical needs, making rapid improvements while considering the big picture. I can work across multiple products as a service design and focus on the one button that makes the difference to millions.
